here. You know, you guys, if you just came on here, we're live right now, Amazon Live. This
is the Medical Medium Cooking Show. Number one New York Times bestselling author, the most popular
health book series in the world, the Medical Medium book series. So it's really exciting to
be here right now. We're doing a little bit of cooking and that's the cooking show, Medical
Medium Cooking Show, but we're doing holiday drinks. I'm just letting you know. So this is
going to be fun. Non-alcohol holiday drinks. So I'm pumped up about this, all right? We're going
to start out with a mulled wine, which is really cool. So let's get on to that, you guys. Anybody
who's unfamiliar or you're not familiar with medical medium and the information or anything
that I've done, right? You know about the book series, okay? The medical medium book series.
and hey, good to see you guys coming on. Fantastic. That's great. Incredible. So let's get started
because we got a lot of drinks to make. So I want to move this forward. All right, guys.
So this is the mulled wine, but there's no wine in it. There's no alcohol in it. These are non-alcoholic
drinks. So this is really, really a good opportunity to do these healthy, healthy
Christmas, holidays, Thanksgiving, whatever. So I'm really excited about this. You guys,
you just came on to the Medical Medium Cooking Show. I'm going to talk about the different
things that I use too. Maybe do a couple of few tips in and out of it. You guys can take a look
here. What do you see in the set? You see some dates. How many of you guys, you guys are still
doing the dates. Have you guys seen the cranberries out these days? Have you guys seen the cranberries?
I want to ask you a question about that because I can find them. But every time I talk to somebody,
like I can't find fresh cranberries. I can't find them. And I'm like, what? Are you guys getting the
cranberries? Can you find those cranberries? So that's something I wanted to ask people. All right.
We're doing a hot apple cider. We're doing a mulled wine. We're doing a spicy chaga, creamy
chaga, a hot one. So that's going to be cool too. I'm excited about that. Hibiscus apple tea,
which is a fun recipe, right? We're going to do that too. And the cranberry orange mimosa,
that's going to be fun. And champagne mocktail, all alcohol free, no alcohol. What the heck?
This is cool. How are you guys? Good to see you guys coming on. Great. Great. Good to see you.
So let's get started and figure this out. Okay. So this is the mulled wine. So I'm going to
get the pot out here. If you guys, I know you guys always ask me, what do you use for pots and
all that stuff and pans and all that. You can just see the link down below in the store right
there. Okay. So I'm going to turn this on. I'm going to get this, get this hot over here and
Let's get started. So we're going to do some cranberry juice. So I got the Lakewood cranberry
juice. It's one I use. All right. There's no natural flavors in there. You guys know how I
feel about natural flavors, right? So we're not using, we're not using those. Okay. So we got
some cranberry. I want to make sure. Yeah. That's the pure cranberry. I'm going to put a little bit
of that in there, right? This is going to be really a great, great drink. I like holiday
drinks that don't have alcohol. That's what I do like. That's a liquid Concord grape,
okay? You guys like the Christmas lights? Great. Amazing. So I'm going to put some of
that in here, right? So I just did three cups of cranberry. I'm putting two cups of grape
in there, right? I might put a little bit more extra cup here of cranberry.
There we go. Let's just pour it in. Pour it in. That's right. Let's get this on the burner.
Okay. I'm going to add a little bit of water. Let's do that. A little bit of water here. You
guys, I'm making something called the mulled wine. Not mulled wine. Mulled wine. So I'm excited about
this. Okay. So we got that in there. I just put the water in. You saw that go in there. Two cinnamon
sticks. Look at this. Cinnamon. Got some cinnamon sticks right here. I'm going to use that one
right there. Look at that. Two star anise. Are you guys, do you guys ever use the star anise?
because I do. I love it. I love it. You can take a look. I want to show you this, a close-up on the
star in these too. This is really just an incredible spice. Great for health. Great for
everything. Look at these. Aren't these just, they look like spiders, right? So, you know, I used to
call them spiders when I was younger. I was like, I'm going to put a spider in there. You know, it's
like, yeah, it's like they're like dead spiders, right? So they kind of are. Or you can call them
something else. You guys ever see that? You know, like dehydrated dead spider somewhere.
That's what it is. Anyway, we're doing star anise. This is really a tasty spice right there. Let's
put a couple of those in there. Isn't that cool? Everything's linked here too. Anything that I'm
using is linked, right? So let's do the cloves. Got some cloves going right here. Look at that,
you guys. Got some cloves. So I'm going to do about 10 cloves. Pop those in. Right. Look at that.
We got that going on. That's fun. Three cardamon pods, right? You see the pods? So I want to show
you these pods really quick here. There's the pods. So these are strong. Remember that. These
are strong. So you've got to be careful. You overdo it with the cardamom and you just blew
your recipe out the window. Everybody's going to be like, what? What was that? Yuck.
Everybody's going to be like, that's terrible. Have you guys ever done that with the cardamom?
Like don't overdo it. Yeah. Cool about the cardamom. You guys want to ruin everything,
put too much cardamom in everything. You'll just ruin it. You'll ruin it all. Done. Recipe over.
You blew it. Everybody's going to be like, what was that? You're going to be mixing it or whatever,
and everybody's going to be like, phooey. Anyway, so what it is with these, you want to pop a couple
in here, right? So I'm putting a couple in there. I'm just putting three. Three. They're potent.
They are potent as heck. For real. So just remember that. I see everybody saying it's a good,
good to know, good to know, good to know about that. So we're going to do it some orange slices.
Let's kick up some orange slices here really quick. So let's get an orange. Let's find a nice
one right here. Look at that one right there, right? That's a good one all on its own.
So let's do some orange slices. Now you can do this in any way you want to do. I'm going to do
these nice round orange slices like this and pop them in there. I'm going to do about three of them.
Okay, there's one. Okay. There's two. And there's three. Three nice little, little beautiful slices.
Look at that, you guys. Let's get that in here. And I'll show you. I'll take this pot off. I don't
want to show you what it looks like real quick. We'll do a close up on this because I want you
guys to be able to see. Take a look here. Do a little close up. You can do optional maple syrup
or no maple syrup, but can you guys see that right there? What do you think? There you go.
Right. Okay. Let's do a little maple syrup in there too. So this maple syrup is the maple syrup
I was talking about that knocks your socks off. The link is below on this. Um,
it looks like a maple syrup in a bottle, right? But when you taste it,
I had this on medical medium potato waffle and my mind was blown.
I'm not kidding.
And now I'm addicted.
So I'm like addicted to this.
So, you know, I just have a bottle in here and I walk around and, you know, I'm just like open it up and I got to put it back in here, you know, and you get a little maple syrup tipsy, right?
It's like, yeah, I got a flask here.
And then you take it out.
it's a bottle of maple syrup. This is a non-alcohol drink day. I'm reading comments right now.
So we're doing the alcohol-free mulled wine. So let's get some maple syrup in there. Let's do that.
Popping open the top, you guys. Here it is. Put a little in there. Oh, that's going to be so good.
It's going to be insane. Just like Elf, right? Yeah, he had them. You're right. I actually
forgot about that. Just like Elf. Elf had the bottle in here and he pulled it out just like
that, right? Exactly. So this one's incredible. It's infused. It's infused, which is amazing.
It's got the cinnamon and vanilla infusion in it. The link is below if you want to check that out,
okay? So I'm giving these away for gifts because they're so good. I mean, they're so good. I can't
help it. And then when people try it, they're like, what? I thought that was, I thought that
was just maple syrup. It's better than maple syrup. All right. So this is, this is heating
up right now. I got this cooking. I'm going to get the other stove going if you guys are okay
with that. So I got the other stove over here. All right. So I'm going to put the small burner
on and get that one going because I'm going to cook something else up. Hot apple cider. That's
next. Hot apple cider is next. Right? That's where we are. Catherine says, I just received
the maple syrup. It smells so good. It does. Smells incredibly good. I love it. Okay, let's
do this now. We're doing three cups unsweetened apple juice. So we got the apple juice in here.
There's no citric acid in here. There's no natural flavors. There's no preservatives,
right? The whole bit, right? The apple juice, three cups in here. Let's go.
Put a whole bunch in there. Okay. Got the apple juice going.
You guys, the apple juice, the link is below on that, just so you know. I'm going to
popping four cinnamon sticks. So you guys, can you see this at all? Right off the, you can see that
in the pot? One cinnamon stick right there. Throw another one. That's a small one. Let's throw a big
one in there, right? There's a big one right there. Let's throw one more. How about that one? There's a
little medium-sized one right there. There we go. Pop that in there. Two to three orange slices. Now
here's what you can do. You can do a couple of cool options with this. So let's do this for a
second. Okay. A couple of cool options, right? You can do with the orange is you can take an orange.
Here's a small orange, right? There's a small one right there. Let's see. We can do a bigger orange.
I want to do the smaller oranges for this option, right? So we'll do the small oranges.
So you can take an orange and you can put the cloves in the orange. Take a look here at this.
So I'm going to give you a couple different options. You can stick the clove into the orange,
right? I'm sure you guys have done this before, right? Look at this. How many of you guys have
done this where you're putting the cloves in the orange, right? Look, look at this. Have you done
that? You're basically making this like incredible infusion because we're going to stick this
in the pot, right? So let's see if we can get these in here, popping these in. You've done this?
when you were little, you did this, right? Nope. Never done that. Amazon customer.
I have done it. Cheryl says, so you've done this two years ago. Ellie said I've done this years
ago. Nope, but I'd like to. Okay. Whoa. You guys, so many of you guys have actually done this.
Oh, you've done it too. Incredible. Incredible. So many of you guys have done this. This is what
I've done too. I love doing this. Don't you like doing this? This is so cool. Yes. The clove in
the orange. You did it when you were a little girl. Amazing. Amazing. And, um, Shannon says,
no, not me. I didn't do that. Well, you should try it. Try it. Itoda says, reminds me of childhood.
All right. So I'm just popping a bunch in here and there we go. So I got them in there. Let me
get that in the pot. That's one way you can do it. Let's do another way you can do it. Okay.
So let's do it. Let's let's get another way you can do it. All right
Let's try another way you guys these towels here. They're linked below to you
I've been talking about them all the time because I love them
They're grippy
They're grippy and it's so great and when you dampen it
That's what I like to do. I like to dampen it because a dry towel is not going to do anything for your hands when you're in the kitchen
It's just not you got to dampen it. You got to have the towel
You got to have the towel damp. Really important. I put it in my front pocket. Maybe that's something
you don't want to do. Maybe you have an apron, right? But I put it in my front pocket. Okay,
so here's another way to do the orange slices. You take the orange like this,
right? And you can just slice it in pieces. You can slice it in half pieces. You can do that.
You can put the clove in this way. Look at this. You can put the half pieces and you can put the
clove just like that. I'm going to put a couple. You don't have to do the whole orange. You can
actually have the orange in halves instead of a whole orange thrown in the pot. So I'm just giving
you a few different options. So there's one right there. Look at that. And then you have it exposed.
So it's flavoring up everything exposed. I like it, the whole orange too, if you're going to have
that simmering and it looks good for company. When company comes over and they see the whole
orange in there, that looks awesome. But there you go. What do you think about that? I'm going
to pop these in, all right? Okay. We got that going on. I have to put some ground cardamom
in there. Ground cardamom. So let me get this back over here. All right. Let's get this back
over here is what we're going to do. I want to show you guys. There's the pot. Okay. Everything's
in there. I'm going to put some ground cardamom in there. How do you like that? That's gotten in
there. Let's go with some nutmeg too. Do a little bit of nutmeg in there too. All right. Make sure
this is simmering along. The other thing, I got a lot going on. There's a lot of drinks going on.
This is going to be fun. Let me see if I can bring this to the camera too. I think that's going to
help. So you guys can look inside of here. Put one more here. So let's see if we can get a close-up.
See if I can actually bring it to the camera and see if we can get the camera to focus on that.
There you go. So you see the spices floating around in there. You see the cinnamon sticks
floating around in there. You see the orange in there with all the cloves stuck in it. Let me just
spin the orange around. There you go with the cloves stuck in there. Okay. So this is the hot
apple cider. I love this one. Personally, this is one of my favorite and it's going on the stove.
Boom. It's on the stove right now. Let's get it cooking. I'm going to crank it up.
Not too high. There you go. We're going to simmer for about 30 minutes.
Now, just remember if you're going to crank up anything on the stove,
Just keep an eye on it. Try to remember. Try not to forget because what happens to everybody is like,
hey, you smell something? You guys smell something? You smell something burning?
Something burning? Something burning? And that's what happens. So you got to remember,
Keep an eye on the stove because you might forget.
You might walk away.
Always look around.
You ready?
Catherine says LMAO.
All right, you guys.
Let's keep it rolling.
So we got, if you guys just came on here, this is the Medical Medium Cooking Show.
Number one New York Times bestselling author of the most popular health book series in the world.
Six and a half years running.
It's the Medical Medium book series, right?
You guys know the books.
The links are down below.
There's the book Medical Medium, life-saving books.
There's a history of these books saving people's lives, changing people's lives, right?
Just show you another one right here.
Here's Liver Rescue.
Here's Cleanse to Heal, right?
A lot of the recipes are in these books.
There's Cleanse to Heal.
Sometimes the recipes, you know, are just on medicalmedium.com.
But this is the Medical Medium book series, originator of the celery juice movement, right?
and 35 years of helping people get their lives back the chronically ill so anyway a little bit
about me if you just came on here this is the medical medium cooking show where we're doing a
lot of cooking tips but we're making fun holiday drinks they're alcohol free and that's what we're
doing right here okay so we're moving on to the next one right here so we're moving on to spiced
creamy hot chaga what i love about the spiced creamy hot chaga it's a substitute for coffee
lattes hot chocolate right it gets rid of the caffeine it gets the caffeine out but it's really
healing and it gets rid of the caffeine so i love it so let's get to that now so i'm going to move
that along we'll talk about that later here we go here's the chaga link is below on the chaga
so the quality of this chaga nothing beats it so if you guys know about the vimergy chaga but
nothing can touch the quality of this. When you open this, it's like you just, you can sense it.
You can see it. You can feel it. It's there. It's like, it's mind blowing stuff, but the quality is
incredible. I want to open this up. I mean, this is just incredible stuff, right? Let me get a spoon
in there too. Here we go. I'll show you guys real quick. This chaga is just incredible stuff.
So as far as quality, nothing touches it.
I know that people love chaga, and I've seen people drink the worst chagas out there.
I'm just real garbage chaga out there.
I've seen it all the time.
I've tasted it.
I've tasted so many chagas out there for years.
And this chaga is an entirely different experience right there.
So that's the Vimraji Chaga right there.
So you can see the container, the link's below.
So what I love about this drink is so comforting.
so this drink is something you had a hard day like a hard day and and when you've had that kind
of hard day and you want something comforting but you know it's good for the soul it's good for the
body right that's what kind of drink this is and for the holidays this is like it takes you over
the top because it substitutes you know coffee a latte it's substitute hot chocolate so i love that
right so this is simmering i just want to show you guys that look at that it's pumping right
there. This is the mulled wine. So I got that simmering and going. So let's go. Let's get
working on this. This drink is one of my favorites. Got a little pot out here. This is one of my
favorite drinks. Okay. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to put this back and get this cooking
here. I'm going to start up another stove back here. There we go. What you see back here, if you
just came on is I got apple cider, which is incredible, a hot apple cider. I have also a
mulled wine back there. Now we're doing something different. So what I'm using is a coconut milk.
So with this coconut milk, it's good to see you guys. How many of you guys are doing coconut milk?
Like, like you guys, do you ever do the coconut milk thing ever for, for anything?
So I was just curious because some people say, I don't like coconut. Some people say,
I don't like coconut milk. So have you guys tried the coconut milk, like different coconut milks
before? Just curious. So that's something I wanted to ask you. I never get to ask you guys questions.
Everybody's always asking me, I want to ask you guys questions. You did coconut milk
with wild blueberries? Whoa, really? That's incredible. Yeah. Mold wine sounds like mold
wine sounds like mulled wine. I know, but it's not mulled wine. It's mulled wine. All right.
So we got some coconut milk right there. I'm going to pop it open. This is the one that's
linked below. I'm just letting you know. So this organic coconut milk is linked below.
And it's the one I use right there. Okay. No guar gum, no citric acid, no guar gum,
no citric acid. That makes me happy. So there's coconut milks out there filled with guar gum.
And so when I look at it in my guar gum and I'm looking, I don't want to have guar gum.
I don't want a whole bunch. I don't want a tablespoon of guar gum in my coconut milk.
I don't want citric acid in my coconut milk, right? Coconut milk is good in soup.
whoa Clara that's pretty cool that is that is pretty cool you're not a big fan of coconut but
I like it as a substitute yeah Divine Light says gorgum bad it's not about being bad or good it's
just about it filler it's a filler I don't like a filler in my coconut milk so that's something to
think about so that's what I like about this one so I'm popping this open right here so
there you go.
So I'm going to put this in here.
Okay.
So I got it in there. There's the coconut milk in there.
I'm going to put a teaspoon of chaga next.
Do a teaspoon of chaga right here.
Nice teaspoon. There we go. Look at this stuff.
I mean, seriously?
That's some good mushroom right there.
That's some good mushroom for sure. And I'm not going to make any mushroom jokes or anything.
That's for the other lives. Not here. So we got that. All right. Incredible. Going to do some
ground cinnamon. Half teaspoon of ground cinnamon. I got the ground cinnamon right here. So let me
just hit the ground cinnamon. Half teaspoon of ground cinnamon in this. I can't wait to drink
this. I can't wait to drink this. This one right here, I can't wait. So I put that in.
All right. So I just want to show you real quick. See if you can see it floating around.
That's the chaga right there. Let me see if I could lower this. That's the chaga.
That's the ground cinnamon. All right. Do you guys see that? So what else are we going to put
here some, we're going to put a little bit of ground ginger in here. So let's get this ginger.
Let's pop a little in. So I'm going to show you guys. There we go. A little bit of that in. A
little bit of this. A little bit of that. Let's get some nutmeg in there too.
Let's get that in there. I am so excited about this. Did I put the cardamom in there?
there. Am I forgetting? Did I put the cardamom? This is the cardamom. Put a little bit of
that in there. Don't over cardamom it. Remember that. Okay. So I think I have everything in
here and alcohol free. There's one thing I forgot. One thing I forgot and I'm looking
for it. Let me see if I can find it here. I'm looking for my vanilla extract. I'm going
to look around here. First of all, let me put this back up and let me put this here.
So I need some vanilla extract and I'm going to go look for it now, you guys. You know
what I love about being live? Anything could just go like wrong. It's my favorite part.
My producers are pointing around. They're pointing, right? They keep on pointing. They're saying the
vanilla extract is over there. I'm like, where? Oh, it's in a bowl. All right. I thought that
was maple syrup. And that's why we're live.
All right, that was funny. That was funny. All right. Okay, we're back in action, you guys.
I got the vanilla extract in here. So let's put a little bit of that in here. Now, let me tell you
about the vanilla extract. Okay? It's not vanilla flavoring. It's vanilla extract.
It's not vanilla flavoring. It's not like vanilla flavors, vanilla flavoring. When you look at the
ingredient, you want it to say vanilla extract. What that means is there's no natural flavors in
there. Then that's, that's how you want it. That's how I like it, right? That's how I like it.
So we got this heating up right now. So I'm going to get this going. Let's do a little stir.
You guys, if you just got on here, you're at the medical medium cooking show,
where we're doing all kinds of tips and different things like that.
That's what we've been doing on the Medical Meme Cooking Show, right?
I'm the number one New York Times bestselling author,
the most popular health book series in the world,
going six and a half years running now.
So I just mix this up.
Life-changing books.
You can see the links below, right?
Many of you guys know about them.
so yeah you guys non-alcoholic drinks non-alcohol vanilla extract as well that was a non-alcohol
vanilla extract and letting you guys know which is really cool i'm not shaming anybody if they
if they drank during the holidays or anything else that's not it and that's not it at all i'm
just showing you guys you can do a whole bunch of incredible drinks okay so i got everything
cooking right away here. Incredible drinks here. Everything heating up, everything simmering,
all good. It's going to have some incredible flavor. You can do it without the alcohol.
So yeah, exactly. All right. So let's get into the hibiscus tea. So let's simmer up this chaga
coconut, incredible drink, which is amazing. It's creamy hot chaga. It's called. Let's go into
hibiscus. Let's do that. So I'm going to get some hot water going. So over here, I don't know if you
guys could see it. I got the tea kettle, right? That's the one that's linked below. That's the
one I use. I got that warming up right now. Get some hot water going because I'm making some
hibiscus tea. So this is going to be exciting. This hibiscus tea is called hibiscus apple tea.
So there's a little bit of apple juice in it, which makes it take it over. It takes it over
the top, which is really exciting. Okay. So let me get the hibiscus tea bags going. So that's the
one that's linked below right there. Pretty lights in the background. Oh God, I'm glad you like that.
That's so great. You love hibiscus? Incredible. So let's open this box up. Okay.
People were always asking me, what do you use? What do you use? And this was a perfect
opportunity to tell you guys. So it's easy to see, right? Because the store's right there. The links
are below. Because what happens is every time somebody asks me what I use and I tell them,
they're like, where, where, where? And then everybody's, everybody's trying to tell everybody
it's really hard. And then everybody's like, it's like, everybody says, wait a minute. Did,
did he say, did he say you're supposed to get this? And then all of a sudden they get that
and it's not the right thing. Right? So this makes it really easy. So what I'm going to do is two tea
tea bags. Okay. You drink chaga every single day. Whoa. Incredible. Exactly. All right.
So that's the traditional medicinals right there. I've actually used this for years. I mean,
it's decades now. So for me, that's, that's the one that I use the company I use for tea,
right? And that's the traditional medicinals. You know why I like it. I'm going to look at
the ingredient list right now. Where's the ingredient list, everybody? I'm going to try
to find it. Okay. All right. So let's find the ingredient list. It says all ingredients certified
organic. Okay, fine. But that doesn't matter. That doesn't matter. So I'm looking for the
ingredient list. And what does it say? It says hibiscus. It doesn't say hibiscus,
then natural flavors, then natural berry flavor in my tea. It doesn't say that. There's none of
that in there. And that's what I love about traditional medicinals. They did not ever do
that. But all the other tea companies, most of the other tea companies are doing that. You think
you're getting tea. It's like peppermint. And then you see after it, uh, peppermint flavoring.
And then you see after that something else flavoring. You're like, what, what is that?
It doesn't make any sense. So let's get this going here. So this is all good.
I think this is
coming together.
This chaga is coming together right here.
Alright.
I'm going to open these up.
I always do this, right?
I always do that.
So, you might do it differently.
You might just open these up.
But what I do is I wing them around.
I grab it right by the edge.
Because what happens is when you tear off the top.
Did you guys ever do that?
You tear off the top and then you tear, you tear, you know, the actual, you tear everything off.
You tear this piece off if you don't do that.
So there we go.
Right?
So let's get two in there.
We're going to pour some hot water.
This tea kettle is linked below.
This is the Omega.
That's the one I like.
Let's get that going there.
Fantastic.
So you're wondering, is that it?
You're making a cup of hibiscus tea?
No, it's hibiscus apple tea,
and we got something else to do.
We got more to do.
I'm just checking the stove over here.
Everything's similar in the long.
We got the apple cider.
So, we're losing a little here.
You guys, help!
Help!
I need some help.
Everything's boiling over.
Later on, my friends are going to say, how'd it go?
How'd a cooking show go today?
I feel like it went all right. It went good. All right, there we go. Getting distracted.
All right, we're good. We're good. So this is the hot chaga. So what I'm going to do is start
making the rest of this because this is obviously done because it's totally fired up and it's
definitely done. So what I'm doing is putting it in the blender right here. So everybody says,
Well, what blender do you like? What blender do you like? I like the Omega blenders. That's the one I like.
They're easier to use. That's what I've learned.
I've used Vitamix's. I've used everything else and I'm a big fan of this blender.
The Omega blenders because
they don't spaz out.
They just don't spaz out and that's why I like it. So I'm going to put a date in here.
So, remember what I told you guys about dates?
Right?
Okay?
I'll show you in a second.
I'm just going to get the pit out.
So that's the date I'm going to put in, into the blender.
Okay?
Here's a date right here.
And I got to show you guys because there's a lot of new people on here and there's a
lot of new people that don't know about this.
So I'll show you.
Here's a date in my hand.
Let's get a close up right there if we can.
And there's a cap on there.
So there's a little end cap.
That's a stem cap.
want to get that cap off because that cap is hard as a rock. That cap ends up in all the different
treats everybody's making. That cap just ends up in everybody's food. That cap ends up in somebody's
guacamole. It ends up in somebody's hummus. Somebody and somebody breaks a tooth, chips a
tooth. You know, a filling pops out. A root canal gets all messed up. A cap pops off. A crown pops
off. Everybody's teeth just gets messed up. So that's the whole thing right there. Right?
So I put a date inside the blender. If you want to know, you're going to get a new towel out right
here. You guys just bear with me. So get a new towel out. Isn't this fun? It's really fun.
Alright, let's get this blended.
You guys, let's do it.
Alright.
We're blending the chaga, the hot chaga drink.
Hot apple cider is simmering.
The mulled wine is simmering.
We're going to show those.
We're not done.
We got a lot of drinks.
I'm making a mimosa.
I'm making champagne.
This is crazy.
Okay.
We're going to get this into a nice cup.
I'm not blending it super high speed. Not blending it super high speed.
There we go. Okay. We're good.
You don't have to put it on high and blend it this crazy speed. You don't have to do it and have it
It's just bouncing everywhere.
You don't need to do it that way.
Right.
Plus, it's such a great blender.
It's just you don't have to.
So what I'm going to do is pour this in here.
Using a glass mug.
There you go.
Look at that.
Now, this is an incredible drink right here.
I'm going to top it off with a little cinnamon.
If you guys don't mind, I'm going to top it off with a little bit of cinnamon right on the top.
Yeah, there we go. A little bit of cinnamon right on top like that.
There it is. That's the spicy hot chaga drink with the coconut milk. It's so soothing. It's
It's yum. You guys, you like the mug? Nancy, I think the mug is probably linked below.
It's just a great mug right there. This beats out hot chocolate. This beats out a coffee latte.
This beats out any of that because you know what it is? There's this feeling you get when you have
your hot chocolate and it's like, okay, I feel a little guilty now, right? Everybody feels that
way. I mean, I'm not telling people to. They just do. I hear it all the time. Like, yeah,
I had two hot chocolates. I'm like, well, why are you acting all down? Well, you know, it's,
I don't think I'm supposed to be eating that many hot chocolates. I'm like, why don't you do the
chaga drink so you don't have to feel so down, but there's no caffeine in this. So it's great.
There's just no caffeine. So good. My God, I'm going to sip it a little later. It smells so good.
So what is this chaga drink called? Spicy hot chaga. It's spicy, creamy hot chaga. That's the
name. I'm getting corrected. Spiced hot. Spiced creamy hot chaga. Let's get it right. That's the
name. You guys, this is pretty much almost done. Just taking a look. Wow. Smells incredible. It
just smells incredible, right? The recipe is on the medical medium dot com on the blog. Check it
out when you get a chance. You guys, by the way, I just want to let you know just a little bit of
a newsflash right here. If you want to keep up to what I'm doing with everything that's going on,
right? If you go to medicalmedium.com, you know, after the show, sign up to my newsletter. So
you'll see, go to medicalmedium.com and just sign up to my newsletter. And then you'll hear all the
stuff that's going on. You'll know where I'm at. You'll know when I'm going live. You'll know when
I'm doing stuff. You'll know when I'm, you know, got all this information. You know, when I'm
throwing out all this, this incredible stuff about health, you'll know all that. It's just,
you're going to have all that. So a lot of people, they're not on my newsletter. They're
not connected to it. So they don't know what's going on. So they miss things and everything
else. So that's what happens right there. All right. So I'm going to give this pot a
quick rinse. What do you guys think about that drink? We're far from done, by the way.
We're far from done. We got a lot of stuff to do. So we're going to be making the hibiscus
apple tea. We're going to finish it. Okay. So we're going to do some unsweetened apple
juice, right? Let's go find it. Let's go find the apple juice. Right. We're going to do
that. Going to put a little bit of that in there. Going to drop a cinnamon stick in here.
So we got the cinnamon stick. Let's do that. This is a delicious tea. Incredible. You got
different options you can use, but I'm just going to go with this, the cinnamon stick with
the apple. All right. I got the heat on. So this is going to get hot. So what you see in here is
apple juice and you see a cinnamon stick right there. So that's that's what you see in the pot
right there. Right. Apple juice and the cinnamon stick. This is pretty basic, but just really to
the point and really delicious. Now I'm going to remove the tea bags. So I'm going to remove those.
This isn't a magic trick. There's no magic trick happening here though. Okay, I'm going
to remove those. I'm going to put that in the pot. Place that there. It's nice and hot.
It's heating up.
Okay.
So what you'll see here is you got the apple juice, you got the cinnamon stick, you got
the hibiscus tea that was steeping all that time, right?
All those trace minerals coming out of the hibiscus tea were all, you know, in the anthocyanins,
all that was steeping out.
Okay.
We're just heating that up a little bit more.
And while we're doing that, I'm going to try this.
Hmm.
This is insane right here.
This is insane.
I just got to tell you right here.
This is really good.
I think I'm doing, I feel like I'm doing something bad.
Hmm.
Is there a stick of butter in here?
Like, I feel like I'm doing something wrong.
Like, is there, is there, did you guys, did somebody switch this out when I was walking over there?
Did somebody switch this out on me?
Because is there, is there like eggs in here?
Is there like four eggs in here and a stick of butter?
Because this is really good.
Yep.
So good.
All right, this is all set.
This is all ready.
That is so great. The one thing about holiday drinks is even though there's no
alcohol in them, for some reason it puts you in this really really good mood. This
really incredible mood. That's what I find with these. Okay so check this out.
All right. Now I'm going to carefully. This, this is a mind blowing drink. You may not know,
like just by looking at it, maybe like, okay, what is it? Hibiscus tea? No, when you put the
apple and the cinnamon stick, right? And you do this just right like this. It is so good.
Did somebody spike my punch over here? Because I'm in a good mood.
These are non-alcohol drinks. Everybody needs to know that. This is the Medical Medium Cooking
Show. We don't do alcoholic beverages on here. All right. Not judging anybody. Not saying nothing.
I'm just saying that these are alcohol-free, which is really fun.
All right. So I'm going to move this over. I'm wondering if I was to put anything on top of it. I think that's the way it is right there. All right. So where are we? We did the hot, this, this, right? The spiced, creamy, hot chaga. We did this incredible hibiscus apple tea. Right, you guys?
Now, we're going to complete some of the other incredible holiday drinks.
We're heading there now.
All right, let's move these over here in the front.
I want you guys to be able to see in a minute too and get a very good view of these.
So I'm placing these forward.
I'm going to remove this pot.
Okay, let's start with the mulled wine.
Let's get the mulled wine over here. Let's get this ready. Look at that. This is really
great. Okay. So I'm going to pour this in a bowl, but I'm going to strain it. You want
to strain this. Keep that in mind. Okay. You want to some leaving those in the front for
the moment. All right. You want to strain this into a bowl. See if you guys can see this on a close-up.
Right? Yeah, you guys can see that, right?
Okay, there you go.
And this is fun for kids too.
Great, that's great.
All right.
So I'm going to scoop this out.
This is a really incredible drink.
It tastes so good.
So let's get this in here.
I might move the other ones out of the way, but I think you guys can see so far, right?
Look at that.
There we go.
This just simmered for 30 minutes on the stove.
The flavors have all pulled together.
Just really an incredible drink.
Are you guys into holiday drinks?
What's the first thing you do when you go over your family member's house?
What's the first thing you do?
I'm just going to fill it up a little higher and then we're good.
What's the first thing you guys do?
Do you grab a drink?
Is that the first thing?
Do you grab a tea?
Do you grab a tea?
Do you grab something to drink?
Do you grab a coffee?
Do you grab like a bottle of water?
Right?
What's the first thing that you guys do when you're at a friend's house,
the family's house, right?
Or at your house and you have guests coming over,
what do you do?
You get drinks.
So that's why I love the holiday drinks.
That's why it's so great.
So this isn't finished, by the way.
We're going to put star anise on top.
Okay?
We're going to put a star anise on top.
There you go.
Okay, so I have it right here.
I'm going to just put it on top like that.
Let that float around over there.
Now I don't want to spill it, but we're going to let that float around.
And then we're going to put a cinnamon stick in there.
That's a nice cinnamon stick right there.
It went down in there.
Come on, surface back up.
Oh wait, you see it right there, you guys?
You see it?
It's right there.
Cinnamon stick right there.
Then we're going to cut a piece of orange.
So let's do that.
You guys, the medical medium cooking show is, I know it's different than all the other
medical medium stuff, but...
Okay, so I'm going to put an orange and have it float right here.
Now the cinnamon stick, they just sink for some reason.
you see it down here. So I'm going to pop another one and see if it just floats up there. Just like
this. For some reason they like the sink today. There you go. There's the star anise and there
is the drink right there. There's the half, I mean, it's the wedge of orange. This is the mold
wine. I know somebody said, sounds like mold wine. I promise you this isn't moldy wine.
I promise you this, this isn't moldy wine. Hey, can I have a mold, can I have a mulled
wine? Wait, a what? Moldy wine? All right. Can I try it? Are you guys okay if I try it?
Amazing? So festive? I'm telling you, this, this is actually, the thing is though, because
this is wine, I'm a little nervous about drinking it right now. Oh my God. Wait till you guys
try this. I'm serious. Wait till you guys try this. This is incredible. Oh my God.
Is it safe to put the whole orange into the drink if it still smells like
perfume after it's washed. Okay. So what you're saying is when you bought your oranges at the
store, either the checkout person, which happens every day, checkout person had perfume on their
hands, right? And they're like, okay, let me count your oranges. You got five oranges, ma'am.
And they grab each orange, right? And then they load them up or something.
or maybe someone was going through the oranges, the whole, you know, see these, see these oranges
over here. Say there was a whole thing of oranges out there and someone was going through them.
Everybody was going through them and someone put fresh perfume on their hands and on their wrists
and they went through there. And as they were going through, they just covered it with perfume
and you bought the oranges. So now they're just loaded with perfume, right? And you just can't
seem to get it off. I mean, that's why I like a little bit of a stronger natural soap. That's
the whole point. Like that's the one I use right there. So here's what I do. Cause I get that all
the time. I can't tell you how much produce I've purchased, how much produce I purchased. And it
was covered with cologne or perfume, right? I can't tell you though. Cause yeah, it's perfume
Planet, Seaweed Hero said, Seaweed Hero. Hey, I'm glad you're here on Amazon Live, Seaweed Hero.
Thank you for all your comments and all your songs you do and all the different songs and
all the different lyrics you do, right? So check this out, right? This one's just,
this one's strong enough for me. So when I want to wash an orange, I can take three or four drops
of this with a little bit of water in my hand and I'm going to do a whole cooking washing show,
right? And I wash, I wash that orange in hot water, not scalding hot water, but hot water.
And I like, this is a really good tip. So thank you for asking about this because this is a great
tip. And I just, I really wash that orange with the soap and then I rinse it in that hot water
is what I do. The reason why someone said, someone said to me one day, well, seven generation soap,
isn't that kind of like a little too strong or I mean don't you want to like I go look
in this day and age I need something that's strong enough to do what I need it to do so that's why I
use that one I never showed anybody what soap I used but it's a perfect show to do that that's
the whole point all right so the hot apple cider is next you guys so let's do a close-up on the
drinks. Look at these. These, these tastes so good. It's ridiculous right here. And then there's
a creamy Chaga. Look at that right there. I just want to do a closeup on those drinks. So we got
more to go. So let's keep it moving. Right? So you got the hibiscus apple tea right here. Okay.
Hibiscus apple tea. You got the mulled wine right there. You got the spiced, creamy, hot Chaga
right here. I got the name right. You got these. Okay. All right. Let's move. Let's keep it going.
I'm moving these out of the way. We got more to do. Here we go. I'm going to shut the stove off.
Pop the top. Baby's pumping over here. I'm going to put it on here for a second.
All right, let's just do it this way. Now, so let's get this into a glass bowl. So I got my glass bowl right here. Now I got an orange right there.
I'm going to get the orange out. See, I want to grab the orange by hand because I, for some reason,
since I was a child, I can grab the hottest things, the hottest things. And, and it won't
bother my hands. Also anybody that's ever like shaking my hands or anything, they know that I
have like intense heat coming out of my hands too, at the same time since I was a child. And,
And so anyway, but that's another story for another time, right? For another platform. But
the point is, is I could easily grab this with my hand, no problem, and not even have an issue.
And that thing is piping hot. But I don't want you guys doing it that way. Please don't. Okay.
Let's take it out properly, like we're supposed to, and responsibly. So I'm getting that orange
out, right? Now I'm just going to move it along. I'm going to put the contents in here, in here,
but I'm straining it is what I'm doing. So I got my strainer. Good to see you guys. We're talking
about the different things I like. The links are below. You guys know about the Medical Medium
book series. If you're new here, I'm a number one New York Times bestselling author of the
most popular health series in the world, six and a half years running. You'll see a gold label on
the books. Nobody has the gold label. Millions, millions of copies sold of the Medical Medium
series around the world. People don't realize that that means a lot of people have the book
and the stories of people having life-changing things happen is actually epic and incredible,
and it's just a beautiful thing. So here we are. I have this here. This is ready to roll.
I don't know which one's my favorite drink.
I'm going to be honest with you.
Like, I don't know which one's my favorite.
And I'm just saying.
Because this one here, I can just drink all night long.
If I'm at a gathering, I get family there, whatever.
You know, the thing is, you know, it makes you giddy.
This one makes you giddy.
So here we go.
Put a little bit more in.
This is actually piping hot though.
There we go.
Look at that.
Look at that you guys.
I'm going to show you close up on this one now.
So we have the drinks going on.
This is called the spicy apple cider.
Right?
I'm getting all the drinks right here.
I mean, this is called the apple cider.
The apple cider.
Okay, let's get a close up on all four of these drinks.
Guys, I'm excited about this.
There you go.
Look at that.
I mean, come on.
Right?
I mean, can you imagine you got people coming over and you're pulling this out of your hat?
Like right?
Okay.
Let's move along.
This is going to be fun.
Cranberry mimosa.
Cranberry mimosa coming right up.
coming right up, you guys. I just need a little room here. Okay. All right, let's go. These
right here, this is what I'm going to be using, but I'm just letting you know. Now, these are
impressive. They could like, you know, when you got family coming over, it's like when
you serve them in these. Okay. And you got friends coming over. They think you're, they think like,
like, whoa, you know what I mean? That's what they think. Right. I got family coming over.
I'll serve them in something like this. And they'll be like, you and your fancy ways,
medical medium. You got friends coming over. They'll be like, aren't you fancy smancy?
You know, I'll be like, aren't you really fancy? Did you make the big time?
Is that what it is now? You know, with your fancy champagne glasses, but these are really
nice. Okay. Aren't they cool? They're really cool. They're glass. So be careful, right?
Cranberry orange mimosa. Let's stop fooling around. Let's actually make it. Okay. Let's
get the pitcher out. Okay. Two cups cranberry juice. Let's get the pure cranberry juice.
okay let's do it
put a little bit more maybe
all right now we're going to squeeze oranges so let's cut some oranges let's get squeezing and
let's get some cutting going let's do that okay now here's the thing about squeezing oranges right
You can use the OJ squeezer, the orange juice squeezer, right?
If you have one, use it.
I got one linked below, right?
The Omega one.
But I use my hands, right?
On this one.
I didn't set it up and get it out, right?
I didn't have room because of the set.
I got the blender there and everything, and it's not so easy.
But I squeeze my oranges anyway, is what I do.
So, I'm squeezing a cup or two and here's what I'm going to do.
Let's get my oranges going.
That's a nice orange right there.
Remember you guys, look out for that bad orange, that rotten orange.
Here's a tip right here all on its own.
Look out for the orange that has a soft, squishy spot that you didn't see, that you can't see.
Here's a tip you never want to forget because you'll ruin your food, you'll ruin your salads
when you squeeze orange on your salads, you'll ruin a dish you're making for someone.
You don't want rotten citrus.
You don't want rotten anything.
You don't want rotten tomatoes.
You don't want rotten anything, right?
But you have to look for those rotten spots in an orange because you don't know it.
You'll cut that orange, you'll use it, and that orange is going to be awful.
So what I do is, here's a tip right here, I'll show you.
Look for the soft spot, the super soft spot where your finger goes right through it.
Like right through it.
See how I'm making the noise with it?
It goes because that's what happens.
This one's good.
It's not a hard orange, but there's no rotten spot.
That's what happens with oranges and citrus.
I wish I had one right now I can show you.
I think I might have one in the fridge that might have went bad or something.
But on here, these are hard and you've got to feel the whole orange.
When you go shopping for oranges, you want the harder oranges.
And because they're getting ripe, when they're starting to soften up, they're starting to
get ripe, too ripe.
You don't want your oranges so ripe where you get these soft, smushy spots.
I just want to let you guys know.
It's an incredible tip.
So only if the spots make that noise.
be only so only if the spot makes that noise. Yeah, yeah. No, the spot's not going to make
the noise. I'm making the noise. I don't know what the, I don't know what noise that spot's
going to make when you stick your finger in there. I don't know. But it's going to be
soft and squishy, right? Yeah, that was pretty funny. All right, let's just keep these oranges
going. Right? So I'm squeezing orange in here. Amazing tip. Thank you. I'm honored. I want you
guys to have like, look, you go to the store, you buy six or eight oranges, you come home and three
start rotting on you the next day or two days later, you're going to be so bummed out. And
these are like all these tips matter because these tips help so you a save money when you're buying
your produce b you don't ruin uh the flavor of a meal this is a mimosa right here this is the
cranberry orange mimosa if you guys just got on here these are non-alcoholic drinks although
after sipping a little bit of that spice spice creamy hot chaga whoa
So, um, I'm just squeezing these in. It's easy for me. I got a great orange juicer,
citrus juicer, you know, a link right there too. It's actually a heavy duty one. Just so you know,
the citrus juicer that's linked below is really heavy duty. So it's, it's, it's one of those that
lasts. It's basically for like practically commercial kind of thing.
Alright, so we're just going to do a little bit more and we're good.
Cutting through these.
It's raining citrus. It's raining orange here.
it's raining orange
right
Cheryl says he's slurring his words
LOL
and I have to probably say I probably am
uh huh
it's these non-alcoholic drinks
they do it every time
because you know what happens
these non-alcoholic drinks
they just put you in such a good mood
They're great for kids. There's no alcohol in them. You don't have to worry about kids.
So that's really good too. It's raining oranges. Yes, true. Giggles and good food. Good mood food.
All right. I'm going to put a little bit more. I think we have two cups in here.
hit the follow button if you guys haven't hit the follow button if you're sitting here and you're
like well you know i don't know what this show's about i'll tell you what the show's about it's a
medical meeting cooking show we're going to do all kinds of things do all kinds of tips
talk about tips that no one's heard to and the orange one is an important one i think i see a
spot on that orange we're doing foods and cooking but we're talking about kitchenware
right? All the things that I use because everybody's asking me that all the time.
So when Amazon put this whole thing together, I was like, this is the best thing ever because now
I can actually show people what I use, like the hand towels I use and everything else. It's really
fun. But I'm going to be making a lot of recipes on this show. This is different than anything I've
ever done, you guys. And the tips are going to be out of control. Yes. Love is jokes. Tamara, thanks.
All right. I'm actually doing extra because I'm planning on drinking a couple of these later.
So I might do one more orange in here. There we go. Great. You guys, what's your favorite drink?
I'm asked that every other day by someone. What's your favorite drink?
One of my favorite drinks is the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie, right?
One other favorite drink is celery juice, right? Okay, so we have this all set here.
So let's take a look, make sure I have all the ingredient
profile just right. Got the cranberry juice, got the fresh squeezed orange juice,
right? And now I'm going to put a little bit of maple syrup in here.
Wait till you try this maple syrup.
you're going to love it. Okay. And now I'm going to put a little bit of sparkling water
in here too. Now the sparkling water, I really, I love sparkling water for a lot of reasons
because company, they love it and I just want them happy. So it's like, do you have a sparkling
water I'm like yeah I got one. It's mostly why I love it. I love it for a lot of
reasons. No alcohol. So I'm gonna pop that in here. All right. I like it for the
holidays. That's why I like it. All right there we go. So I'm gonna mix this
up. Take a look at a close-up on there in this mix-up. There we go. See there's a
piece of orange in there. Let's get it out. Okay, you don't want to mix it so much
you actually make it flat. You don't want to do that. Let's go. Let's go, Mimosa.
Let's pour that in. I know you might not be able to see this, but we shall see.
Look at that. Let me bring it to the camera. Can you guys see this? Close up. I'm going to
I'm gonna make another one.
Can you guys see that in the camera?
I think I might be able to bring it closer.
See if you guys can look at it this way.
You guys, I'm really sorry about this.
All right, let's get another one going.
I know what we can do.
I know what we can do.
Oh, nice piece of orange went in there.
I'm not finished with this.
Let's finish it.
Piece of rosemary is going to go in the top there with a couple of cranberries.
I'm going to put four cranberries in here.
Okay.
Get some more rosemary.
I love rosemary.
This is this is a great thing you can do with rosemary.
Pop that in there like that.
Amazing.
All right.
Incredible.
One, two, three, four.
four. There we go. Okay. I want to show you guys. Wait, not done.
Let's get a little orange wedge.
You guys can see a close up on this. What I'm gonna do. Yeah, there you go.
Right. We cut that orange wedge like this.
Slice a little corner out of it.
Hey guys, you guys are my guests and I'm going to give you one of these.
Hello, welcome.
Here and there you go.
I don't know if you guys can see these.
Maybe you guys can see these over here.
How's the focus right down here?
And there you are.
Okay, we got those. Someone said he knows what he's doing. That's a lot of credit. Thank
you. Thank you. We're not done. We got one more drink to do. Let's get going. We got
one more drink to do you guys. Let's keep it rolling. All right. So what I'm going to
do is get the next drink rolling. So I got a pitcher right here. Let's move on to the
next drink. The next drink. Got some coconut water. Move on to the next drink. So I got
coconut water right here in this jar. Right now, I love this next drink a lot. I really
do. So I'm going to put a cup of coconut water in here. Let's get a cup. I'm also going to
use some of the sparkling water. Right? Maybe a little bit more. Now I'm going to do lime juice.
So I'm going to do the same thing with these limes.
Got to cut them.
You guys can see close up.
Okay, here's a tip on limes.
This isn't a unique tip.
This isn't.
This is a tip that I think a lot of lime growers know.
Probably some chefs know, right?
And maybe they don't.
And I just don't realize it.
But the point is, is that's a ripe lime.
When they turn like almost like a lemon, the color of a lemon.
So that's a ripe lime, right? This is an unripe lime right there. So people think that limes are
supposed to be green and that's what they're supposed to be like. Okay, that's a lime. It's
ready. It's ready to, but it's not like an orange, right? So a lime is not like an orange. An orange
has to turn orange to be ripe. It has to turn orange. It can't have any more green skin.
a lime everybody's picking the limes early because limes have this green color and for some reason
in in history we've used them unripe so we've used limes unripe and it's okay you can use an
unripe lime that's a green lime it's unripe we can use that that way right check this out
that's a ripe lime that's an entirely different experience you can buy your limes like this and
sometimes they'll ripen and citrus doesn't ripen when it's after it's been picked normally. And so
that right there is it's ripened. It must have been picked closer to becoming ripe and then it
ripened after it was picked. Right. So that's the difference right there. That's the lime I choose
is the one that's the ripest. How does it taste different? An unripe lime has a kind of a bitter
taste. A little more sour and bitter. So an unripe lime is a little bit more sour and bitter. I'm
cutting an unripe one for you guys right there, right? This is an unripe one and here's a ripe
one. So a ripe one is sweeter, but yet sprightlier. It's just a better flavor all on its own. So let
me get some lime juice in here. So I'm going to squeeze it in. Here's the difference too.
A lot of times the riper lime, tons of juice in it. Tons, right? Just don't take me literally on
that because obviously there isn't a ton of juice, but there's a lot of juice. Like look at this here,
right? Look at this. How many limes can you just keep on squeezing juice out like that?
That's a ripe lime. Like how many limes can you do that? I'm going to squeeze another one in here.
That's a ripe lime. Look how juicy this is. Look how insane this is. Look at that.
It's like a lemon. It's so much coming out. And what happens is an unripe lime is less juicy. So
here's an unripe one right here. It's less juicy. Look at that. Look at the difference. Look at that.
Squeezing the heck out of it. And look how it's just a few drops. Right? No wonder I never liked
limes. Going to buy myself some yellow ones. Incredible. Medical Meme Cooking Show. I love
these tips. I'm really starting to like this show more and more each day. More and more and more and
more I do it because it's fun. I love the tips. All right. So we got some lime in there. I'm going
to use the lime that actually wasn't ripe, but I'm still going to use it. I'm going to squeeze
whatever it's got in it. Now, got a little bit out. Have to squeeze harder on those unripe lines.
You got to squeeze harder. That's another thing too. All right, so we're moving right along.
And now we're going to do some maple syrup.
A little bit.
Now you don't want to mix this to death. You don't want to mix it so much that you
make it go flat. So you got to do a gentle mix. The last one I was cranking the mix.
There we go. So let's get this in our glasses here. I love these fancy glasses.
There's one.
There's two.
And we're not done.
I need a little slice of lime. Let me get these moved over here. I'm going to take a lime.
Here's where a green lime is kind of fun, where it's super green. And actually that one's...
We got a lot going on here, so just bear with me there.
You might even be able to get that one closer.
Look at that.
I think you guys can see that pretty good.
Okay.
I'm going to do a little wedge.
That's what I was going to do.
There you go.
Grab another wedge here.
You guys are probably a little bit out of focus, but that's because I got everything up front.
There we go.
we're doing I'm focusing because these things can be knocked over real easy
yep and I'm going to show you how I cut those
Okay. So here's how I cut those just now.
Alright, you guys take a look right there. We got some focus. I cut it in half.
And then I cut the bigger slice right there.
That's the one I used.
And then here's another one I'm using on the other half to try to get the bigger slice
right there.
Don't want the tiniest slice.
And then what I do is I made a little divot right here, like that.
Made another little divot right here.
And I put it on just like this, just like you see there.
I'm going to put these here and I'm not finished.
And now what I have and do a little close up on this right here.
These are pomegranate seeds.
So I took them out of the pomegranate, have them in the bowl, which I love to do.
And then I'm taking some and I'm putting them right on top.
And these pomegranates are going down to the bottom.
And later they may surface to the top.
Alright, stop laughing.
I gotta stop laughing here.
Alright, for some reason my pomegranate seeds don't want to sit on top.
they normally do. So I have some pomegranate seeds at the bottom. Wait, wait, there they go.
All right. It is a magic trick after all. Incredible. The pomegranate seeds are all
taking flight and they're all surfacing to the top, just like they're supposed to be doing.
incredible. And that is the drink you are witnessing
these little champagne mocktails and they're so sophisticated. It's like you're handing one over
to company and they're like, Whoa, what is this? Like sophisticated drink.
That's really good. Whoa. I just thought champagne was in there for a second.
Oh my God. That's like when you go on vacation, which I've never experienced.
I've never gone on one of those vacations where you go and you book a hotel and you're there for
like whatever a week and you go sit by a pole on the beach and someone serves you champagne. I never
had that experience in my life. Don't know what it's like, but you see it all the time out there.
